Being one of the most celebrated chefs in Shanghai with Peruvian natonality, Chef Eduardo Vargas has been living in Shanghai for 13 years and has successfully curated around 21 different restaurants. In 2010 he was appointed by Peruvian Embassy as the executive chef of the Peruvian Pavillion at the Shanghai World Expo. Having grown up with a Julia Child-like grandmother, Chef Eduardo has always been passionate about the culinary world and he is the expert of Latino cuisines. Graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Economics, Chef Eduardo knows both his food and numbers. In his culinary career, he has worked from Hawaii to Spain and Seychelles, and to Singapore then China. Chef Eduardo now owns two famous restaurants in Shanghai called Azul and Colca, and is invited regularly worldwide as Guest Chef. His signature lomo saltados will blow you away

有着“上海餐饮界传奇人物”之称的Eduardo是秘鲁人,在上海13年。他成功经营了多家不同风格餐厅,在2010年上海世博会受秘鲁政府聘请为秘鲁管餐厅的总厨。从小跟像朱莉娅·查尔德一样的祖母长大,对工作和美食有着燃烧的热忱的Eduardo自然受到美食烹饪薰陶,也对拉丁美洲菜系了如指掌。毕业于美国乔治城大学的经济学位,当年Eduardo白天做银行家,晚上到明星厨师Bobby Flay的餐厅当厨房主管,过后进入烹饪学院。从夏威夷到西班牙和塞舌尔岛,再从新加坡到中国,Eduardo在上海拥有两家知名餐厅-Azul与COLCA。他将为客人设计每次有惊喜、独特的胡同创意菜。

Happy-go-lucky, Chef Mandy is another oil in the MULU gear works. With the passion for creating original dishes like none before, she joins MULU Group to further develop hutong cuisine. Prior to this, she headed the St. Regis Chengdu as sous-chef and was selected as one of the chefs to star in Nicholas Tse's most celebrated reality show - The 12 Feng's Flavors. Inspired by her late grandfather whose passion in life was pretty much spent in the kitchen, Chef Mandy is not just a chef with eyes for details in plating but her love for food is vivid. She is ready at anytime to take every guest stroll the hutong to find the finest and most comfortable hutong dining in MULU - the ultimate culinary experience in Beijing.

爷爷对下厨的热忱启发了唐曼对餐饮行业的好奇心,也渐渐把厨师当成是自己的生命的一部分。作为重庆妹子的她,无辣不欢,却能够把西餐带到另一种境界。在成都瑞吉酒店当副厨的她深受大家的喜爱。2016年她被选入谢霆锋之名的《十二道锋味》节目里的厨师团队。一见到唐曼便知道她对美食热爱极致,而且注重细节。她最爱意大利风格的菜系,也最想呈现给客人的就是如何把每天采购的最新鲜的食材做到极致,并且给客人surprise。为了可以把自己的创意不受限制的发挥出来,他加入穆禄集团,并带领团队跟随着爱德华德开发公司旗下的另一个品牌RAYA FOOD VILLAGE十几个国家的菜系。

An avid painter, cook and nature lover, Jasmine’s passion for food, culture and the arts, combined with her relentless drive to enhance the China-Malaysia and China-ASEAN cross-cultural relationship, has inspired her to found MULU. MULU is also very personal and dear to her, and is dedicated to her mother, Mui, who is her spiritual mentor and love of her life. Jasmine envisions MULU as the haven where guests can relax, experience different cultures, appreciate the true meaning of good food and the arts, and more importantly, to take time to savor the gifts of our heritage. To bring more love to Beijing, and enabling more people to understand cultures of the world through food, she also founded at Sanlitun Beijing RAYA FOOD VILLAGE, China's first lifestyle and gastronomy destination offering cuisines from over 10 countries, a bar, coffee/bakery, global marketplace and a kid's zone.

Jasmine是MULU穆禄的创办人,也有人说她是穆禄的灵魂人物。生于马来西亚最多原始森林的砂涝越,她热爱生活,对大自然的钟爱以及艺术美食的热忱是天生的。有人笑她上午做建筑、下午忙影视、晚上做餐饮,但是是真的。她说为了证明每一个看似没相关的产业其实就是可以一环一环的扣起来。穆禄logo上的雪羚羊其实就是母亲英文名字启发,当作给母亲的礼物,所以很自然的,她希望每个来到穆禄的客人都可以在小院里边通过环境、美食感受到满满的爱。她也忙于策划中马文化交流活动促进两国的长期友好关系。当她不忙于工作时,Jasmine会亲自煮最正宗的砂涝越叻沙(Sarawak laksa)2015年她开始策划RAYA FOOD VILLAGE---一个聚集世界美食让国人不用走出国门便能体验最正宗的美食与文化的世界文化美食村。

Héktor Monroy | Beverage Director

Gabriel Diaz | Operations Director

Originally from Mexico, Héktor has become a world citizen with his 15 years of experience in the mixology circles in Europe, America and Asia, launching brands, concepts and cocktail menus, and opening bars. Héktor crafts outstanding cocktails that embrace passion, soul and creativity, yet reflects the diversity of textures, flavors and ingredients. His style is reflected in his management and direction, making him one of the most sought after mixologist and bar directors in Asia.


Native from Paris with parents from Spain, the mix culture has given Gabriel a real open-mind on French traditions. With over 10 years experience in F&B Management, Gabriel has an eye for details, and details means the world to him. Having managed Michelin star restaurants, brasseries, and organic restaurants in France, Spain and Shanghai has provided Gabriel a knowledge of East and West operations management. Passionate with wine and oenology, Gabriel was also trained at The Paris Wine School, and Bourgogne, Australia & South Africa are amongst his favorite. When he is not too busy working, he enjoys being in the kitchen, preparing meals from the heart for his friends. For Gabriel, Food & Beverage and Lifestyle is a way of life, not just a plain job.


With 15 years of working experience in the hospitality industry, which include Kempinski Hotel, China World Hotel and Pangu Seven Star Hotel, Edmund is sensitive towards what customers want and always ensuring customer satisfactions. He has served many premiers and world leaders during his years of working in the industry. He has vast knowledge not only in the front-end, but was also in charge of operations and management. At MULU, Edmond will be the Restaurant Manager ensuring only all the guests receive top notch service.
